a call to arms

I would like to think, we as martial artists represent the best. That we regardless of our affliations, our organizational ties, would help out a fellow martial artist if we could. I now call upon those who read my blog for help, not for myself, but for another. No less deserving, perhaps more so.

He seeks to hold onto his house, his home, his castle. He's been hit by jobloss after jobloss. As many others have as many who have.

If you could please send him a small donation. Five, ten, maybe 20 dollars, nothing large. But if enough of us did it, perhaps it would be enough to help him keep his house.

suppliments I plan on taking

So I'm going to try taking some suppliments. Here they are:

  • Ginsing- Help me mentally, going to try a small dose and see if it helps, also supposed to help get more energy
  • Melatonin- More restful sleep, might take it occasionally
  • Vitamin - My pschologist suggested this one. Supposed to help with depression. I dont' get out outside alot, even more so in winter.

Dental Health

So my previous instructor told me that alot of qiqong masters before they train you expect you to brush your teeth. I have also heard Doctor Waters, that is the one thing he wished he would have listened to his parents about. Basically if you keep the mouth opening clean hopefully the rest of the body will be.

I have been hoping drinking less soda, eating more fruits and vegatables could replace my regular brushing. Since alot of processed foods have added sugar. Also I heard eating raw brocoli will help.

However, after going to the dentist the assistant asked me if I had gingavitis. So now I'm back on brushing, here is my plan:

  1. Brushing- Using an organic toothpaste and a motorized brush. A little stonger than my old one, but well that's not a bad thing.
  2. Flossing- using dental picks, I've heard using un sanitized picks can kill you
  3. Mouth rise- This I got from my mouther, again organic.
So there is my new dental regime.

latest marketing efforts

We'll I've been giving out my business cards. I got my cellphone working, so I've been putting that on there. Maybe someone has tried calling me but not gotten through. So that's why I'm going to put my cellphone on it. Also I'm going to put a free evaluation.
