suppliments I plan on taking
So I'm going to try taking some suppliments. Here they are:
- Ginsing- Help me mentally, going to try a small dose and see if it helps, also supposed to help get more energy
- Melatonin- More restful sleep, might take it occasionally
- Vitamin - My pschologist suggested this one. Supposed to help with depression. I dont' get out outside alot, even more so in winter.
