That's an interesting approach to running - it reminds me of the book "Chi Running". I used it for a while - it was pretty amazing but once the miles added up, I just didn't have two hours to go running. That style doesn't work that well for MA conditioning, as the energy demands are very different. I was looking through your blog and didn't see much on your current training. How's it going?

If you are still very interested in Shaolin Kempo, check out my site - there is a lot of information there for the SK folks. www.kempoinfo.com

Good luck with your training.

Currently, I am going back to college to finish my associates degree. I'm putting my martial arts training on hold till I finish my bachelor degree. After that then I can afford it better.

No fee, no membership, no nothing. Just click on the technique archive.

Good luck with your degree. I just finished going back to school, so I know it can really absorb your time.

Thank you, if I study martial arts again it would something like tai chi. In my opinion the reason if people had more energy then they more martial arts and other things.

I found that Tai Chi really helped my body mechanics for everything, especially Kempo. There's actually a murder mystery author I found out about the other day who studied Shaolin Kempo, then Tai Chi, and draws upon his experiences for the fight scenes in his books. G.D. Baum - Point and Shoot. I thought it was pretty cool. There are excerpts on his site.
